If the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date for LOW SEASON, & more than 28 days prior to arrival date for MID & HIGH SEASON, there will be a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) Less than 14 days prior to arrival date for LOW SEASON, there will be a full refund minus 1 nights accommodation or $100 whichever is the greater value as an administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled (or made and then cancelled) Less than 28 days prior to arrival date for MID & HIGH SEASON, there will be no refund made unless the apartment is re-let for the total period of the cancelled reservation. Once this is achieved there will be a refund minus 1 nights accommodation or $100 whichever is the greater value as an administration fee.
Where a reservation is made and a change is made either by a later arrival or an early departure, less than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be no refund made unless the apartment is re-let for the total period of the amendment to the reservation.
We advise that your accommodation booking arrangement with Pacific Towers Apartments amounts to a contract and should you not comply with the terms of cancellation as referred to in this letter, we remind you of your obligation and liability to pay for the entire booking period of the accommodation or unlet days, as the case may be. |
