Each apartment has a private balcony looking toward the ocean so you can catch the sunrise and as well, some units have views of the city of Coffs Harbour, its hinterland, and the sunset.

Park Beach is just 50 metres south and is ideal for the fishing enthusiast. The harbour and marina are 20 minutes walk south along the beach, (or a few minutes drive). The marina is exceptionally well equipped with boat launching ramp, deep water moorings, ships chandler, and slipway facilities.
